ComPas is led by Isa Jamaluddin, our CEO and Managing Director who provides the direction and expertise in the areas of consulting, training, and development in human capital growth through application of neuroscience in an experiential delivery methodology. Isa’s coaching and facilitation have empowered countless leaders, managers, and executives to achieve greater clarity and success in reaching their goals. Having spent more than 15 years conducting Train the Trainer programs, Isa Jamaluddin has established himself as a Master Trainer in Competency Based Training and Assessment. He has trained more than 10000 people in public run programs as well as run more than 50 in-house TTT program in the Asia Pacific region.
As a Performance Consultant, Isa has designed, adapted or delivered a wide range of professional and technical skill programs using the disciplines of learning organization. His coaching and facilitation skills have helped many managers and executives gain better clarity and direction in meeting their objectives.

She has experience conducting training in the area of communications, resilience for growth, supervisory development skills, leading with questions and team coaching through action learning methods. She is also a certified coach. She believes in positive mindset and wellbeing in workplace and in community health, she has experience conducting health talks at various companies, factories, NGOs, and events / public forum.
In the recent years Shobhna has been advocating the usage of Game Based Learning to engage learners especially the millennials and post-millennial in the essential areas of soft skills development. Jerrica Teoh is the Director and Senior Consultant of ComPas and as an NLP Practitioner ensures that the programme design and delivery incorporates the elements of human experience and development of behavioural competence. Among the training topics that she conducts are report writing, training administration, customer service mindset, emotional quotient and many more.

Bhagwan Singh an experienced self-motivated trainer and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership positions and working with teams; able to explain information clearly, recognize excellence in individuals, and inspire team members to achieve their potential while working toward common goals. He is the Youth Leader for the International Youth Centre has achieved Bronze, Silver, & Gold Award for International Award for Young People in his early years. He then pursue his passion in outdoors has change him completely where he gained experience with Redtma Recreation Sports Centre for 2 years and continue working together with MEOST, UNIQ Team, Budi Wangsa; also manages international symposiums, conference, and event with International Youth Centre since 2010.
Bhagwan is also an affiliate member of the International Camping Fellowship, where he took his International Camp Director Course during the International Camping Congress 2011 Hong Kong. He then worked with children at Camp Taiwan for a winter adventure session in the year of 2012 and summer 2013. In the end of 2013, he became a team member for EXPLORA Malaysia; involving in youth development, corporate management and society development programmes which explored the experiential and experimental development. Bhagwan succeed as the winner of Patriotic Icon in the year of 2014. In the year of 2016, he completed Psychology at SEGI University with work experience in psychiatry.
